Ron J. Finger

President

Licensed Real Estate Broker

Ron is President/CEO of Finger Management. Ron works closely with all ownership entities – private owners, equity investment groups, tenant associations, not-for-profit developers and cooperative and condominium board of directors. He also oversees, with the support of our dedicated and knowledgeable team, the daily operations of Finger Management, including contract negotiations with service vendors and providers and the coordination of sales and leasing of both residential and commercial properties.

Ron is a licensed New York State real estate broker with 30+ years of distinguished work in real estate property management. Born and raised in the Bronx, Ron has had a life-long affinity with real estate throughout the City of New York and its outer boroughs, which he brings to Finger Management and our clients.

Gregory M. Finger

Gregory has 10+ years of experience in the New York Real Estate Industry. He is a Property Manager, Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and Homeowner.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Greg obtained a Bachelors of the Arts Degree from SUNY Oswego in Business Administration, which was a great segue into the Property Management field.

Greg oversees key operations, including but not limited to oversight of our Property Management team and office technology. He reviews our Property Management Software to ensure that our systems are functioning at their highest level to serve our clients efficiently and professionally.

Joe is a Senior Vice President at Finger Management and a licensed New York State real estate broker with more than 20 years of experience in sales, management, and customer service. A New York City native, Joe has been with Finger Management since its founding in 2007 and has played an integral role in the company’s growth. He oversees payroll operations for both the firm and its clients, while also managing a diverse portfolio of properties.
